Megan and team are great- both times I've been, the place was really clean, the food good and reasonable. Everyone is friendly and the food is hot. I was happy to see a fazolis when I moved, and now doubly happy!

I have came to this place for many years. Yes it is pretty much fast food but you know what.... I don't even care! I love their pasta! I always get the alfredo or the spaghetti combos. I think it is rather odd that you are offered pizza or salad, which I normally go for the salad. Don't even get me started on the breadsticks.... AHHHHH. They are so warm and full of butter. Heart attack worthy? Yes. Deliciousness? Yes. It's so worth it. I also love the environment here. These restaurants stay pretty classy no matter where the location. Plus everyone I have interacted with is super friendly.

It's the Mcdonalds of Italian food. Load you up with carbs you don't notice there is no protein. I can't argue with the business model. It fills you up briefly but they do what they do and they do it quickly. This place is clean and they give you plenty of bread sticks no wonder it's popular.

The only good thing about this place was that the manager was extremely nice. Food tastes like they pour it out of a can and microwaved it. Very disgusting. The bathrooms were dirty with no paper towels. Half of the dinning room was blocked off so we had to chose between two sticky tables. I've wanted to eat here for years. Sadly disappointed. Never again will I come back! The best I can describe it is state food that you had for school lunch. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Yelp keeps saying I have an unfinished review. I looked at my check in to Fazoli's and drew a blank. It's definitely a 4 star establishment. It's clean, and the service I received was top notch. The food was really good. I got it to go. This Fazoli's is quite popular. It seems to be a consistent place. My food is always fresh and good. And oh those breadsticks! These employees don't hesitate, when I eat in the restaurant, to bring them around. If I order food to go, they add a few more. (for my waist line, I guess?) I like Fazoli's better than the more fine dining of Olive Garden. I prefer this location to the one in Independence, quite honestly. I've not had a bad experience here, and will continue to visit.

Tried this place out three times. Not impressed, although its closer to 2.5 stars than two. Restaurant is clean, and although the employees at the counter have the apathy of most fast food joints they've been prompt in taking my order. If pushed I'd go again, but I won't be going back solo. 1st time, passing by and saw Classic Sampler $4.99 sign. Ordered it and Wednesday's $3.99 special to go. Overcharged. When asked if I wanted drinks I stated I wanted what came with the items at the $5/$4 price points. $9 plus a pestimistic 10% tax is $9.90. CC receipt states $11.59. I wasn't worried so much about the $1.50. It's the principle that they didn't get a simple order correct when they were not even busy. They also served it up on plates and then asked me to confirm that I wanted it to go. i.e. she remembered it was a to go order. This added several more minutes to the wait. The food was fair. Meat sauce was good. Lasagna was fair. Plain spaghetti and sauce was a bit bland. 2nd time, ate in this time. Nothing really of note except we had to go up front for more breadsticks. I eaten at a Fazoli's before where they took the time to bring more out to the guests. 3rd time, Ordered Lasagna and ravioli with meat sauce. Lasagna wasn't bad, but the ravioli was bland and didn't come with enough sauce. Small portion. With the price I didn't complain, but if I had chosen spaghetti I would have felt ripped off. One of the drinks were out in both machines looked a little tacky. Tea is a bag in the box if your more into fresh brewed. I am, but its not a deal breaker. You get your flatware when you get your drink. Not really sure why they have flatware sitting out cafeteria style instead of bringing a set with your meal. If you like pasta, need a light quick meal, and are on a budget this might be the place for you. This place just doesn't fit me.

Disclaimer: I have only one experience here, and it's from take out. My Grandmother kept raving about a sandwich she had from here last week, and offered to buy the rest of the family dinner. Great, I thought, free food! I ordered the meatball and pepperoni sub, and scarfed it down on Sunday evening. If this is where the review stops, it would have gotten a much higher rating. Unfortunately for me (and my stomach), this isn't the case. I was SICK AS A DOG on Monday morning. I haven't been this sick since the last time I had a drinking binge. Something in that sandwich was definitely not kept to temp, or had some sort of contamination. Flavor wise, not bad, but I've never had something tear through my stomach like this. And I eat thai (thai hot, please!) on the regular.

Fine dining or fast food? They're serving it on actual plates now so it's hard to tell. Actually the plates kind of have a mental-institution grade plastic feel to them, but that's neither here nor there. It's clean, the staff is nice and the food is good. My kids like it and we can get out of there for a little less than $20 for 4 if we're being uber-thrifty, which I usually am.

Fazoli's, for it's caliber and being "fast food", is really good. The kids love it. You really can't go wrong taking some pasta with decent sauce, adding some meatballs and covering it with cheese and baking it. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Only one little gripe is some of the children sized portions are a bit too small (not enough for my little porkers). Their breadsticks rock. Atmosphere is always clean and the self-serve drink area is always clean and fully stocked. If you are looking for glamourous Italian, Fazoli's might not be the place but if you want something that is quick, tastes good and curbs your carbatious appetite, Fazoli's will take care of you.

Staff is friendly, the place is always clean, and the food is excellent. This is "fast food", but they cook the pasta just right. It's not mooshy! Huzzah! My kids are picky eaters, and they love it here too. The breadsticks are good, and the pizza is something even the Ninja Turtles would be proud of.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
